We've had several requests from folks who would love to purchase some Mulefoot Hog Cuts - but who don't have the space or capability to purchase a whole or 1/2 hog and have it butchered. We are most definitely available to answer any questions you have and are more than happy to share recipe ideas and cooking tips for the Mulefoot pork. No - it's NOT the same as the grocery store pork meat. Cuts are limited to what one hog produces - as I remind everyone as often as possible - there's no such thing as a "pork chop farm" or a "bacon farm" - we raise whole animals.
