With a modest bounty of vegetables and eggs, we opened the Grabishfarm Farmstand last Sunday. We offered freshly picked vegetables, freshly cut greens and heritage breed chicken eggs. Aaah - there's also an offer to inquire about our meat club. Once a member of our "meat club" - we can tell you all about what meat we'll have available and when (of course, it's listed on our website, too).

- fingerling potatoes
- kohlrabi
- beets
- turnips
- greens (kale, Tuscan kale, red orach, & dandelion greens)
- plums (they're small, tart plums - awesome in tarts/pies, jams - treat them like cherries)
- eggs (quail eggs, duck eggs & chicken eggs)
- donkey poop (yes, you read that correctly - for your compost bin)
- leeks - we have leeks that went a bit too long - gratis if you're interested - they'll be good for soups, stocks or to use in place of onions in sauté dishes)
